Upon acceptance of a booking, a letter of confirmation together with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is requested. A receipt will be sent showing the balance due, which is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. In the event of a booking being made within six weeks of the start date, the whole cost should be paid on booking. The cottage is personally maintained by the owners, and guests are required to keep all furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as they are on arrival. The accommodation should also be left in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
Cancellation. Should you need to cancel your holiday within six weeks of the date of commencement, the full cost will be payable. If it proves possible to re-let, the cost minus the deposit will be refunded. It is strongly recommended that holiday insurance is taken out to cover the cost of cancellation.
